Very bad service

Good day, Today 24th August at 13:05 I was in your store wanting to buy a piece of cake. There was a gentleman in front of me being helped. There were to servers behind the counter. One sweeping the other serving. When finished she looked at me turned around and precede to cut a loaf of bread. When I asked can someone please help me. They looked at one another then at me and continued with what they were doing. I reported the treatment to the supervisor Devaro, who then went to talk to them. To make matters even worse they blatantly ignored her. I have never in all my years seen anything so disrespectful!!! They came up with excuses which do not wash. There was nobody there just them and me!! No apology nothing! I do however want to thank Devaro for her assistance. I'm really very upset and will not be going back to your store.
