Very bad service

This Morning at around 10h46 i went to merga mart pick n pay to purchase some essentials then i saw a very nice gas heater that i was interested in then i saw it was priced R4999. 00 i then saw 2 more which didnt have a price on them I then decided that i will ask at the till points since i ddnt see any employee that can assist on the sales floor On my way to the tills i realised that there is a long que and there was only 3 cashiers who where busy with a conversation When i got to the tills the guy that was not even wearing a name tag ddnt even care to greet started to scan the items i had with me I then asked him will he please atleast concentrate on assisting me because he was busy talking to the teller behind him Then i asked how much is the gas heater n i pointed it to him and his answer was it doesnt have a price on it, i then asked that i want to know becouse i want to buy it then he turned to the other teller asking her who is responsible for the prices then she said the person is off I asked the guy who is the manager at that branch he answered rudely saying its some guy sitting in that office (pointing at the direction behind me) i then said to him thanx for rude service he gave me

Im very disappointed at the poor service at mergamart pick n pay nevermind the fact that most items dont even have a price on them
