Very Bad service!!!

I went into Pick n Pay Retail Park in Beacon Bay East London to buy bread and I asked the Cashier if she has enough money on her till as I would like to withdraw Cash send, she said she doesn't have enough money but she will ask another Cashier to assist me. I paid for the bread by her and waited to get to another Cashier for the Cash send collection. When I reached to the Cashier I was sent to, I greeted and notified her I'm only here for the Cash send as I have paid for the bread. Her answer was "Aren't you going to say? Can I please take out my Cash send" with her arms folded as she spoke to me. I asked if they are not allowed to take out Cash send? She folded her arms and told me to say Please.And she told me which Cash send I'm even talking about because there's different types of Cash send. I told her it's Capitec, after I gave her the numbers she took the money out of her cash drawer and threw it on the counter for me to pick it and organize it myself as it was scattered all over. I was shocked with how she spoke to me as a customer.
