Very bad service

My name is Tumi, I reside in Alexandra Township. I bought groceries worth just over R850 from Pick'n Pay Alex Mall on Sunday, 02 August 2020 using a basket since they had ran out of trolleys. It was very difficult to manoeuvre considering social distancing and a very long queue suing both the basket and hands to carry my groceries. As I was making payment at the till, the lady asked my me to take my basket back to the entrance where I had found it after making payments, it was very difficult to do that because I had to carry lots of plastic bags in my hands. I politely asked if she could ask any one of the colleagues to take the basket to the front. She did not acknowledge but she got very annoyed and told one of her colleagues in front of me that; "You see how these people are spreading Corona, she does not want to take her own basket to the front". What upset me is that she did not even give me my till slip. I addressed the issue with the store manager and as we went back to her, I asked for my till slip and she told me she does not know where it is. Thanks,
