Very bad service

I was at Pick n Pay Savannah Mall Polokwane at Deli and the lady by the name of Tebogo Lamola was supposed to help me after servicing the person before me,she just looked at me with an unfriendly face without greeting me and I looked at her expecting her to say hello but she just stared at me like I was lost. She said to her colleague she is going to the bathroom and left me there.
