Very bad service

I went to PNP on the 23rd of December where i transferred my cash to card. My cash available was R606 on my receipt on the 22nd of December. The till declined my card saying there is insufficient funds. i went to the supervisor who confirmed that smart shopper was offline and that it would automatically correct itself. I then went to buy again on the 24th of December 2016 again declined and again I went to the supervisor who told me the same story. I went last week to PNP crossings where the teller was very helpful and went to check how much money I had on the card which was only R63 which i used. This is totally unacceptable. There should be over R500 available. I save my points for December and now there is nothing. I went to PNP again on 31 December where they phoned smart shopper and i spoke to a lady who said that there was never such an amount on my card. She asked me to send a receipt showing proof that there was. Well attached is proof please rectify immediately or I will take this matter further. I own a business where I buy weekly from you in large quantities. I have sent numerous emails after this and still they do not respond. I want my money.
