Very Bad Service

On 15/04/2016 at 12:38 I visit Piet Retief Pick a Pay in Theo Mocke street. When I got to the till point to pay the lady stood up and stand next to the till while busy chatting with another casher and or Pick a Pay employee. When I ask her if she is going to help me or not, she rep**** the cashier aren't available and I ask her but she just stood up from that specific till. I told her they can't show clients away in order for them to stand and talk with their co-workers. The lady standing next in line said that there are so many complaints about Pick a Pay in Piet Retief and also all over FB but nobody does anything. There was another till that the lady after me said did exactly the same when she got to it and therefore came to the next till where we had this argument and after I ask the cashier who just told me that the cashier is not available how can she show clients away to have a chat with co-workers whereby she then got back to her till and start helping us. There were only one supervisor around but she did not even try to find out what the problem is. I phoned Pick a Pay when I left and asked for the owner whom we all know around her and she said he dont't like to rec
