Very bad service

On the 10th of March I visited your branch in Alberton city to purchase rain boots.i was first informed that there is no stock of what I'm looking for by the young man at the till. My colleague went to the same branch and bought 3 pairs the very same day. Today I went to go purchase and the service was very bad. First the lady said there is no stock. When I asked for the staff member who had helped my collegue I was given attitude and was asked \ do you think she will help you\". It's very sad to see that in this day and age we still allow such service. When I walked out of th store she got a stap leader and was looking through the stock of what I was looking for which was put on the top shelf. It's not that there is no stock just people refuse to do their jobs. The service at this Pick n pay is truly appalling"
