Very bad service

Terrible service at picknpay Clearwatermall in Johannesburg Roodepoort I came into the store to withdraw money at a cashier on the 11.08.2020 the exact time was 12.15pm . All cashiers claimed to have no money and I asked them to direct me to the cash office and there I found a guy by the vegetable stall who refused me to see the manager saying if the cashiers have no money the store doesn't have the money and all this was done in a very rude manner. If this store has a manager at all he or she must bring everyone who was at the tills at this particular time to book. The fact that they even forget where they are is so disgusting too. They will be standing in groups chatting and customers will be wondering where or what to even do as they laugh and discuss their own issues then tell you they can not provide you with the service that the store signed a deal to offer. It is so disgusting and I want an answer from pick 'n Pay Clearwater in GP mall about this.
