Very bad poor customer service

I went roodekop ect 21 pnp I have always buy at my pnp at east rand mall never had I receive services like in roodekop.manager is defensive staff has no customer services I wonder if this is what Raymond Ackerman want us to go through when he started this bussiness. Their customer care never even bother to call back its like we beg them to go buy from them. Is your standards busy falling or are we as client not important or our money. Trust me for services I long I pass you shops and tell all my friends to go some where els I dont need this. Unfortunately I am in the customer care field. You as pnp you don't have to call I will go somewhere els.
