Very bad general Service and Supply of the store

This is repeat complaints and not just one problem. what has happened to Pick n Pay standards. This store has never got enough cashiers on duty lunch times they have 2 cashiers and on at the kiosk. Cashiers don't greet they talk to the packers or one another all the time they helping. The staff in general are all rude one or two are actually friendly. They only ever have chicken pies which is one of the slower sellers so why I don't know. The lack of management control in this store is terrible. The lotto machine might as well be taken out as they have a permanent out of order / offline notice on it. As a ex Pick n Pay employee and ex Store Manager i am really disgusted to see what is going on in this store. I will not be supporting them further, i will walk a bit further and go to the Shoprite which is much friendlier. Please let the head office investigate and don't worn them if anyone thing is going to be done.
