Very bad experience from eating a jam doughnut

I bought two jam doughnuts from Cresta Pick n Pay today at about twelve o clock...10th February,2015. Firstly they were so cold which was strange. Must have come out of the fridge? On eating, both my son and I found they appeared to still be raw, the dough itself was not cooked properly. When reaching the middle part with all the jam, my son commented how extremely bitter it tasted....definitely not Apricot jam which we are told it is!!! He continued eating but also remarked that it was not cooked properly, and could not swallow it. I had eaten about two thirds and decided to leave the rest. He suddenly felt ill whilst walking and ran to the bathroom where he brought up. Obviously a form of food poisoning. He now is experiencing a bad taste in his mouth. Please sort this out as we are been given sub standard food from the bakery and it is not acceptable, after all, we are paying!!! June Potter
