Very bad driver from Pick 'N Pay Benmore Centre

I placed an order on Pick n Pay Benmore Centre in Sandton. I am very dissatisfied with the delivery experience involving the driver, Ms. Lehlohonolo Banda.

Upon arrival at my residential address, the driver contacted me and informed me that my order was outside and requested that I collect it from the shopping centre outside my complex, as she would not enter inside the complex. When I asked for the vehicle’s registration number to generate an entrance code, she refused, stating that she could not share her personal details as she did not trust anyone. I found this response to be highly unprofessional and unacceptable as the order protocol is to deliver to the residential address and not a nearby address. As a result, I was unable to receive my order.

I kindly request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.
