Very bad customer service - Pick n pay Arbour town Amanzimtoti

On 6th of November. I was waiting to pay on the express till line. The cashier that I got to was so angry for whatever reason, she didn't greet, her facial expression and body language was of a very irritated person. I was paying for only 5 items but ended up taking 4 because one item was not scanning and when she punched inn the bar code manually it was not going through, she was so irritated and threw the item aside and scanned everything else she then just gave me a look as if I'm the cause of the bar code not scanning. I told her to leave it if she can't scanner it looking at how irritated she was. She gladly did so without trying to help. Most of the the cashiers in that store do not care about customer service.
