Very bad customer service

I’m unable to update my details on the Smart Shopper website because the one-time PIN is being sent to an old cell phone number and email address. I’ve been trying to get in touch with customer support by phone for the past three days, but no one is answering.

It’s very frustrating — how can a company have a contact number that never gets answered?
