Very Bad Customer Service

Hi m very worried about you cashier Anele Hluthwa u don't like ur job I came to pnp around 10 yoh ur chat was very important 😢 than me the was no customer service even for 1 min you were just busy with ur supervisor chatting I even greeted u still u didn't reply no even eye contact to show that u focused must i feel so low shopping at PnP the way I know pnp is the best in customer service but maybe not anymore especially in Diepkloof square I once heard complains in Facebook I thought they were just talking...cashier Mercy Khumalo my dear please learn how to speak to customer telling me I should have done cash withdrawal at tills was okay but in a good manner without shouting and I told u that I didn't know u said u customer u know how can I wish to que two lines mara😢
