Very bad customer service
I reported a rude cashier who shouted at me at the store infront of other customers. No feedback nor contact from Pi n pay

05 Apr 2023, 10:16Update. So someone from pick and pay called on Monday,I told them I’m in a meeting can they please call after 10am. Till this day they have not called back . Pic n pay is a Joke it makes sense why their employees behave like that ,they know their management is slouchy and gives 0 ****s. Mind you we are going for a month now and there is no constructive action against my complaint.What a WOW will take it to LinkedIn and tweeter cz I am shocked at such a big company handling issues like this.
