Very Bad Customer Service

I went to the store to get me some sneakers, checked for the size which I could not find among all the others, there is no staff to assist on the floor/section, walked around to check for assistance with no luck, all the staff is standing in front at the cashiers areas having a ball of a time, I approached one of the staff members to ask for assistance with a size, she was busy paging through a magazine, chewing bubble gum with such an attitude, her answer to me was ''did you check at the back'' I said ''yes'' she says ''well if you didn't find the size then it means we don't have the size you are looking for'' not even trying to go with me to check or anything, plus the attitude was very bad
