Very bad customer service and bad attitude

I just had a very bad experience at Pick n Pay Riverpark. First of all, I had to wait about 20 minutes in line to get to a till. Eventually after another customer complained another till was opened. However, I have never been treated like **** by a cashier as I was treated tonight. As I also am in the customer satisfaction business, I know you can't treat a customer like this lady treated me tonight. I am sorry, but Pick n Pay will NEVER see me again!!!
