Very bad customer service anc abuse

My experience with Pick n Pay SkyCity Mall is disastrous. They pracise price fixing and even thd staff confirmed it. a saw a Russell Hoobs iron for R259 on special up until the 14th December 2025. When J went to purchase it today thd price went back to R499. When I addressed ghd issue with the manager she called security guards to escourt me out of thd shop. That was humiliation,defamation of character and I cannot leave that lying down.
