VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered a Blender and sweets on Monday evening.After paying a message came through that the Blender is out of stock and they put the money for the Blender in the wallet.I then cancelled the order,but someone phoned me after a while and ask me if the can deliver the sweets.I then said but I canceled the order and don't want anything because how do you 1st accept my money and then advised me that you don't have stock.I have been phoning numerous times this week and send emails with my complain,but was only told when they don't have stock they don't have.No extra mile no nothing and until today they haven't refunded me for the chocolates and delivery fee so that maybe I can bought the Blender elsewhere as I needed it for this coming Monday as I secret Santa gift.So I am out of the the correct amount of money I paid and no Secret Santa gift for Monday as this was my last money.
