Very bad customer service

I have complained about the kettle I brought back to Pick ‘n Pay songloed here on hello peter and until today I have not received any response

Or should I take this matter further because it is my money that I’ve spent, last week I had to buy a new kettle from checkers when all that they were supposed to do was to change a kettle that is under warranty that started licking. And not forgetting the staff managers that talk to people like they are not leading their staff

I am so disappointed with Pick ‘n Pay to think that it is the nearest store that I shop at
