Very bad attitude

I bought a packet of jellytots covered with chocolate. After opening the packet it was all white and dis not taste like it should. So I took it right back and the lady at the till was very understanding, but then the manager/owner came and took the packet right infront of me and started eating it, laughing at his\wife\" saying there is nothing wrong with it, like I gave it back because I didn't want it anymore! He ignored me flat after I told him I will pay for it if he thinks it is fine but I don't want it! He turned his back on me and just walked away after he told me he was talking to his wife not to me! I live in Aliwal North and buy atleast R10 000's groceries from them! But they will not see me again!!!! He is the rudest person I have ever met!!! He is white and I am white so there is no racial thing here, he is just plain the rudest person on earth!!!"
