Very bad attitude

Yesterday I had received the worst customer experience from Pick n Pay Hemmingways. It was worse than usual. I try to avoid that particular Hemmingways because they only ever have two till open in the evening after 5 and are very slow and unfriendly. Whilst standing in the long queue I saw a lady with glasses and a Pick n Pay scarf around her neck standing at a closed till. When I approached to ask her her whether a new till would open, with the worst attitude she said go ask yourself. When the till eventually opened I asked her name as she was standing there where my bags would get packed and doing nothing and just watching. I had to pack my own bags. With a terrible attitude she answered refused to answer me twice at which point I asked the supervisor what her name was. She had short slightyl bleached hair and glasses and was very rude. I will never go back there again.
