Very bad attitude
I went to PicknPay Maponya on the 23rd to buy groceries after checking out the special on the website .When i got there to buy my groceries,i bought my groceries among which there were two 2kg tastic rice packs which according to the website on the 23rd it stated that if you bought two 2kg rice packs we will be charged r21.80.The lady that was assisting Lebogang Makhado saw the advert on the website and agreed and understood what the advert meant however Violet came with an attitude practically telling me in not so many words and looks that i was stupid how can the two be charged at r21.80.She was rude and customer service is jargon to her she told me that i did not know what i was talking about even after logging in on the website to show her she continued to be rude her attitude was appalling. All she needed to do was listen and understand what my query was about but NO she continued to give me an ugly look and attitude as if to tell me that i am crazy. The mistakes done on the website advert are none of my business and she should take responsibility as part of pnp group. She was rude and unproffesional.Respect and listening goes a long way in customer service AND NOT BAD ATTITUDE
