Very bad attitude

It was closing time but got to the till at least 5 minutes before and slip was cashed off by 18h01. She was extremely slow and when i asked where or what my Smart Shopper points were she pointed at the slip where there were no points indicated as per norm and when i asked again where my points are she said there is the card number and she does not know what my points are. so rude and unhealthful.
