Very bad ASAP Packers

Very bad packaging from ASAP Packers in Kby. They have no clue on how to pack. Heavy items on bread, frozen, dry and wet items mixed. Rotten fresh produce. You can see the items has been thrown in the bag. This happens often and the feedback from their HQ is non existing. The shop did replace items twice, but this entails that a manager must come to my house. Its time consuming and not why ASAP is for. The packers training is not up to scratch, or they just don't care as it is not their money. How can PnP employ unteachable people that have no respect for the customer. Even if you can't see me, I paid for the items to be delivered. The manager told me he will phone me back, here I am still waiting with the rotten produce two days already. My on-line complaint is also ignored. No PnP, this is very, very bad service. Actually, no service and rotten and damaged products. How to a normal person buys from you again?
