Very angry customer!!!!!!
I'm very furious at picknpay! I bought picknpay branded brown rice on the 30/03/2020 only to find out after 4 meals that it has worms on it. I can't even express how angry I am not to mention disgusted by this. Why was it on the shelves in the first place. I intend taking this further as I believe it within my right as my health was compromised. In the midst of the corona crisis now this, the most upsetting part is I've already consumed it and I have some left in my cupboard. I don't even need an apology I need a decisive action against this utter negligence.

21 Apr 2020, 17:09I'm actually very ****ed that I bought the rice last month with maggots not worms!, layed a complaint and up until today no action has been taken. It's almost month end now and no action but countless messages saying call has been logged, stoo sending me those please because it's not helping on my side and causing my mailbox to be full- useless messages if I must put it! I need action not stories cos I am going to sue! Such customer service your company has!Sithembile Mbhele
