Verbally attacked - disrespectful employee

We waited at the hoot food counter to be served and your staff did not acknowledge because we are not black. We ask why we were not been served next and your staff verbally attacked us, she scream at us.<br> <br> She attended to the black customers first and she attacked us verbally.<br> <br> When we requested to assisted by her manager, she ignored our request.<br> <br> We had to ask another employee to call the manager and manager came and did not request the employee to apologize for disrespectful manner and only informed that she will take it up with her.<br> <br> The manager also failed to take our details and this is clear that she is not taking responsibility for her function.<br> <br> This happen on the 22/02/2015 at 12:10.
