VERBALLY ASSAULTED BY A PICK N PAY EMPLOYEE

Amongst Pick n Pay's values, accountability is a part and parcel and so is being passionate about their customers and fighting for their rights. It's a pity that I had to encounter the worst experience at Pick n Pay, Southernwood, Mthatha from a staff member named Ezile Bana. Her attitude is appalling to say the least. She verbally assaulted me upon probing whether her treatment aligns with the company values.

Subsequently reported the matter to the manager, following which requested that he watches the store's camera recordings. Was pleased to learn they also have an audio. While customers were waiting to be assisted, one of them repeatedly asked if we could please be assisted by another staff member. This of course due to the ill treatment from this particular staff member.

Such poor customer service cannot be tolerated and the aforementioned staff member needs to be brought to book. A thorough investigation needs to done to avoid more customers being chased away from an employee that assaults customers.
