Verbally altercation and attack

This is regarding the horrifying experience at Pick 'n Pay Meyerton. On the 20th June 19, I had experienced a verbal altercation and verbally attacked by one of the ladies in the Deli section. When she was just about to help me, she then rushed off to help someone else. She eventually took my order but with a nasty attitude because she did not wait to hear the full order and as i said to her that i was not done, she had then said, "yeah, you can continue...i am listening". I then continued to place the order shouting across the deli section for everyone to hear because she was no where near to me. She then made a mistake with the order, simply because she was not interested in hearing the entire order. With frustration i notified her of the mistake and she back-chatted with me. The other customer later said that we must not argue, she then said that, "if she doesn't want me to help her, then she must just say so"... I then told her to leave the order. This situation is worse when told than written on this email.

I reported the matter with the manager, when i went to show her to him...she still moaned with her colleagues, that she doesn't care about what happens. The manager went and directed the matter to the owner, i had repeated the story to him and he called her to the office. I was overwhelmed as to how she had spoken to me and her tone. As upset as i was, i went to the store today the 21st June to get feedback. The owner only said that he had dealt with the situation in a nice way. I had not gotten any apology. I had experienced a lot of customer service incidents but this one tops them all, i have never even seen anyone being treated in that manner anywhere in my entire shopping history and my profession.

This store is convenient to me and my family as i reside and work in Meyerton. I am regular customer and i will not tolerate this kind of treatment. And my shopping days will not be ruined under such circumstances. The store's environment and entire staff is friendly and very helpful and always serves satisfactory goods. Please take care of the matter.
