Verbally abusive behavior and theft

I'm a cycist and as a result I cannot travel without my backpack. I took all the unnecessary items out of the bag so that I can buy something and fit it in the bag. I have done this several times but today I met a Pick n Pay employee with no regards for customers like me. He bagan to bully me and was also swearing at me. I got very upset and attempted to take a picture of his office as he didn't tell me his name. Then he took my cellphone. And he told me not to go inside. I left. I didn't wanna get assaulted. I will be opening a case with the police tonight coz its still hot now. I had nothing to declare in that bag and its also my carry bag. It is a good carry bag that it is suitable for cyclists and I bought my bag at a cycle shop. If he thought I was going to ***** then he should have waited for me and searched my bag to make sure I didn't ***** anything, not to bully me and take my cellphone. I'm so disappointed. Shoplifting is common but it doesn't mean that everyone is a shoplifter.
