Verbal abuse from owner of Greenfields Pick 'n Pay

I am highly disappointed in the unproffesionalism of the owner of Greenfields Pick 'n Pay in East London. Telling my mother, sister-in-law and my sister-in-law's mother, to "f*** off" out of his shop. He then followed them out of the shop and outside the shop calling them "low class trash". What was the reason too that he was wanting to have a photo taken of their vehicle. I know that my sister-in-law should not have had her little tea cup doberman pincher puppy with her in the shop, but she was only carrying him in her handbag in a little blanket as it was as big as your hand. I would appreciate it if the security would not generalise who they allow and who they disallow to bring in pets with them into the shop, as I have on numerous occaions seen people in the shop with birds on their shoulders, puppies in their arms. So i am a bit confused as to why some are allowed and others not. I wanted to view the footage of the incident but was told that the person who works with the footage was off for 2 Days and that I should refer the matter to Pick 'n Pay's customer care.
