Vehicle licence renewal similar to pulling teeth

I have written two emails to follow up on my vehicle license renewal - I haven't had any communication regarding when the disc will be delivered , where or even how far they are in the processing of the renewal. I can't deal with the wait and the uncer*****y around what was meant to be a convenient system.
