Vehicle Damage at Pick 'n Pay

Fri, 22 May 2020, 12:06pm- emailed complaint to *** and till date, 2 weeks later and still no response, reply or any form of contact from customer services or any person's from Pick 'n Pay. Re- 10 Feb 2020, Trolley incident-PnP Observatory. Neither Pick 'n Pay nor their Brokers aswell as their Insurance would take responsibility for their Pick 'n Pay branded Shopping Cart that slammed into and damaged my vehicle in their customer parking area. I was rather being given the runaround and told to go and find the customer that left the trolley unattended in their parking area....
