Vanitha Venketas did not come back to me as promised

<p>I previously logged a complaint regarding the removal of pensioner discounts at Waterfall Pick 'n Pay.</p> <p>In order to tick the "contacted customer" box, Vanitha phoned me and said she would investigate and come back to me ... it never happened!</p>

As of 14th June, there has been NO feedback from Anwar Mooideen ... I take it that the PnP management have the same indifference to responsibility as many of their employees!
