Utterly Poor Service

Very poor service..I placed an order just after 20:00 at a Pick n Pay branch in Vanderbijlpark ,payment was received,I live less than 1km from the branch 21:20 still awaiting driver I phone the call centre of Mr D to find out where my order is,just to hear my order has been cancelled due to no communication ,but no one phoned me about that the items was not there.

On a previous order we also waited 6 hours from another Pick a pay branch in Vanderbijlpark.

How's our money good enough?,but the service we get is utterly poor?. I will definitly not support Pick n Pay anymore..

All that the operator of Mr D tells me is , " just place another order" , why must I do that if I didnt even received this one.
