Utterly pathetic customer service

I went to try and print my webtickets I bought online..I called webtickets this morning and found out i could not print them at the store i had to print them myself..understood.

However, I arrived at pick n pay hyper in ottery cape town on the evening of 10/06/2019 and was assisted by Mushfiqah who did not even greet, typed in some stuff on the screen, totally ignoring me whilst i asked what i could give her in order to help me out.

Her customer service was non-existent and the lack of information was appalling.

She then proceeded to call Almaz, the so-called supervisor who was just as clueless and disrespectful.

She spoke to Mushfiqah and proceeded to walk away from me as if i were some mannequin standing for decoration.

I was summoned to a till where she helped another customer whilst still ignoring me even though she called me to the till.

Thereafter I was sent to another till where a sweet old woman attempted to assist me only to find out that she could not, which i appreciated as she addressed me like a human being.

I, on my own, resolved the issue without the assistance from the *********** supervisor and the Mushfiqah woman.

I want answers to this utter lack of customer service as these staff members seem to lack the ability to recognize basic etiquette and sheer humanity.
