Utterly disgusted by shop assistant cashier

On Monday evening I went to Pick 'n Pay Express Connaught street Parow.<br> I'm a regular there, usually happy with service.Until now.<br> I am so angry and disgusted that a cashier can talk/act in such a rude manner. What poor service!<br> <br> When I was about to purchase electricity like I usually do at the branch, I handed the meter number to the lady behind the counter by the name of Aisha Saidi. The number was clearly displayed with meter number, my address and name.<br> <br> So after handing the phone, the lady pulls her shoulders up defensively and tells me I must write the number down on a page, she hands it to me and I do this.<br> At this point I looked at her very confused and told her I always purchase in this manner.<br> She shouts \I cannot do favours for you! No!No".?<br> At that point I tell her I never have problems with purchasing electricity.She says"
