utterly disappointed with Pick n Pay Heidelberg Gauteng

Never was i so disrespected at a retail store, I am a loyal Smart Shopper and must really voice my frustration and anger caused by Eugene Devilliers (manager @ PNP Heidelberg Gauteng). This man rudely approached me while I was finalizing my shopping just after 8 to offensively tell me that they are now closed!!! You can even pull your camera footage and note your manager rudely addressing me at the last isle where they keep beverages. When I asked for his name he plainly just ignored me and continued to walk away. I wonder what gives him the idea to be so insultingly Belittling towards loyal customers - need i mention that was my second time visiting the store in one day - utterly disappointing
