Utter disrespect from a cashier

Thursday 13th Dec 2018 I visited a pick n pAy store located at Matlosana mall Klerksdorp,the cashier was very rude.I place my smart shopper card & money on the table wen the transaction was completed I then said to the cashier "why did you not swipe my smart shopper,?"her response in the most upsetting manner,the tone &facial expression were disgustingly rude I quote" akre u not focusing ,if u were u would have noticed,why don't u go through ur slip ?"in setswana .shocked as I was I then said to her I don'tike the way u talking to me,as I was talking to her she called the next client.I walked towards the managers booth then she said go &we will see what they going to do.such utter disrespect with no name badge nothing,I then complained to Mr Masale &asked for the cashier's name Ntswaki Oageng.I don't want to visit pick n pAy if this is how their stuff is trained to treat clients
