USELESS, TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE

I'm writing this with a broken heart in disbelief actually. Last week Saturday i went to pick n pay Mabopane central City Liquor Store i met this useless, rude, arrogant lady who refused to even share her name and she wasn't wearing any name tag she had dreadlocks dark skinned hopefully the manager knows her, basically, as i'm queuing they announce loadshedding said bank cards are not working i then i approached the same lady to ask her, i'm like lady im using gift car will it work the lady said bank cards are not working im now asking again the same question lady i'm not using a bank card its a pick n pay gift card will it work she responded said bank card are not working we went back and fourth regarding the same question over 10 minutes not sure why the lady didint give me a straight answer and said Sir even gift vouchers are offline instead she kept on saying bank cards are not working i then approched another lady who was very professional and polite that lady assisted to check for me as i'm waiting for that lady to check the voucher the lady i'm complaining about then asked the lady whose helping me now said why you helping this guy immediately i was angry and frustrated the lady kept on poiting me with her dirty finger and even said i can ***of at pick n pay i was so embarrassed and shocked how can someone who represent pick n pay speak to a client like this i thought these people are trained to be professionals and polite clearly i was wrong i told the lady i'm going to complain directly to the CEO the lady said she doesnt care and i can ***of, i will never ever support pick n pay ever again because of that lady even my family memeber and friends will advise them not to support pick n pay anymore the rudeness and attitude from their personnel is not right how can you treat people like that even my Dog cannot treat it like that lady. I want the CEO of pick n pay to know about the service and rudeness from that lady with dreadlocks she doesn't deserve to deal with people. i want the lady to call me and apologies for swearing at me and saying ***of and pointing fingers at me for such a simple request initially. if you don't like what you do then resign easy, don't bring you frustrations at work, i want the lady to call me now ***
