Useless store and poor customer service no integrity what so ever

I placed an order on the asap app on Sunday 19.12.21 5 items of my order had not been delivered spoke to Jenny and Zanele on the day to request that order be completed or funds be refunded. Till now not resolved. Called again to speak yet another agent who referred my complaint to a so call manager Rowland Barlow who was to call by 12.05pm yesterday Still to response. I am utterly disappointed and disgusted at this orginsation an how they treat their customer with no sense of integrity or even so level of professionalism towards providing outstanding customer service and experience. To top it all off I had 1 other item in the basket that was to be refunded due to lack of stock checked transactions on my card refund not yet done.
