Useless Staff
After having been a loyal PnP customer for the past 40 years, I have finally said enough, and will now be shopping at Spar. The staff at PnP are USELESS! They stand around chatting in groups all day, and if you ask for assistance, they look at you like you are an inconvenience. They seems to think that customers are just an interruption in their social day. And don't dare interrupt a cashier while she's chatting with her packer! Fortunately SPAR have upped their game, and their prices are competitive. PnP is not the same store as it was in Mr Ackermans hey-day.

Not that I expect anything to come of it, the store in questions related to PnP Kenilworth Centre, PnP Rosmead, PnP Claremont, PnP Cavendish...those are just the stores I used to use, but I imagine I could mention EVERY store in the country. The ROT seems well entrenched.
