Useless staff
Thanks to ignorance from cashiers and staff at Pick n pay Woodmead who give this store a bad name. Firstly the cashier did not say that the wors rolls did not have onions. Then we wait at the wors stand for someone to assist us. Then we have to wait in a que to get a refund which they took forever to refund us. All this time wasted if 1 person did their job right. Very disappointed and no one even apologized. 29/06/2021 17:30

30 Jun 2021, 09:08Thank you for your apology but this should have came from your staff who just didnt care when I was explaining what happen. She just ignored me like I was talking to myself and was talking to her other staff in another language which was very rude.People like that should have silent jobs where they dont need to talk back because customer care or clients needs are not important. All that time wasted and I had to buy food to eat and stand in another que from another place that was just about to close. If this was a hot day the fridge stuff I bought would have leaked with water.
