Useless service from Pick ‘n Pay Clothing Online
I ordered on Pick ‘n Pay clothing online last year on 23rd Dec and till today I did not receive my package. I got frustrated and asked for a refund 2 weeks ago but the refunds department is as useless as the delivery department. I’ve been phoning for so many days and no one helps they keep saying they waiting for head office.
Most of the times I phone no one answers or I get cut off by the other person I’m speaking to.
I am so upset and disappointed at Pick ‘n Pay, I just want my refund.
