Useless Service!

1. Their app directs you to a site to shop.. So what's the point of the app? 2. I initially tried to make a purchase but had an issue with my credit card. 3. I then changed my order and chose to pay via EFT. 4. The EFT reflected, payment was confirmed and good were delivered.. 5. Then they DEBITED me! After they had said my first purchase was unsuccessful.. They go and debit me for that amount? 6. I have aent numerous emails and have gotten no response. 7. What the actual f?
