useless service

terrible cashier service , I waited over 20mins in the line as there was only 1 cashier working when there was 9 available tills as i get 2the front a 2nd cashier comes in serves 1 person with 1 item so when she done i make my way over to the till point and the cashier screams and says you don't dam come to my till if i didnt call you , then i asked must i stay or go and she asked me did i call you u dont come here to my till if i didnt calll yoy , i requested for a manger and he was non interested , i left my cell number to call me and said he will 3 days later no call , i phone head office customer care and they said they will get the brach to call me but still no1 has done this, absolutely disgusted by this , was screamed at a front of shop full of customers and made a stupid by your staff i want to be called and i want my issue resolved u can call me
