Useless service

Pick n pay asap is becoming useless even the support center is useless.. It's over 24hrs since I placed and paid my order but it has not been delivered. I called after 3hrs when their app showed that my order was delivered. The lady I spoke to said the driver returned it to the shop with no reason. She advised me that she will request to be delivered again. In the morning around 10h30 I wrote an email to support than later at 13h30 without a response or call. This is useless and unprofessional service and it's irritating since they are quick to deduct their money. My issue is actually irritating because they even isued a receipt on things that are not delivered
