Useless service

I have called in as I am not receiving the link on my number

I answed all security questions correct except for 1, date of birth Date of birth is not really important if that was the case why don't u ask for a ****ing Identity number reason why I didn't know the date of birth as i just changed the year don't know what year i put it as

Anyways because of not knowing only the date that means I cant excess my account

What utter ******* who ever created this system is a ****ing idiot as I am the account holder I have the email for the account I have the name and surname for the accounts and have the ****ing phone number and with all that info I can not excess the account

If u don't think its me why don't u ****ing phone the number and see if it really is me
